This position is for a Market Analyst to join the AMC Bridge Market Analytics Team. The Market Analyst will be responsible for researching markets, trends, local and global competitors, potential and existing customers, and other business data that could help the management team decide wisely on the internal and external business processes.


2 years in analytics.


Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field.


  • Understanding of the market analysis instruments and techniques
  • Experience in creating analytical reports
  • High interest and desire to work with data
  • MS Office deep familiarity

  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate oral and written English

An asset would be:

  • Understanding of the software industry
  • Power BI familiarity
  • Salesforce CRM familiarity


  • Collecting information about the main global and local market players
  • Assisting in the preparation of research plans and proposals for senior management
  • Researching the existing and potential markets, industries, and trends
  • Collecting information about the Ukrainian HR environment in the IT industry
  • Converting the collected information into intelligible and visually compelling reports with charts, graphs, and other tools
  • Assisting the Management team in preparation of the quarter and annual reports
  • Analyzing the results of internal and external surveys and questionnaires
