DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources and Recruitment Department.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and 6 months in HR (compulsory), preferably in the IT sphere

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Recruitment of students who apply for the Trainee Software Developer position:
    • Searching for and selecting candidates from different sources
    • Gathering contacts during PR events
    • Arranging interviews, conducting the HR part of the interview, verifying the candidate’s English level
    • Maintaining the candidate database
    • Selecting candidates according to the company’s hard and soft skill requirements
  • Provision of regular HR and Recruitment activity reports and other analytics upon request
  • Support of the employee onboarding, adaptation, and promotion processes s
  • Support of company educational programs and regular communication with their participants
  • Collaboration with the AMC Bridge departments
  • Cooperation with university representatives
  • Support of and participation in PR activities, including company presentations and office tours

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of different recruitment tools, CRM systems, sourcing instruments, networking
  • Experience in onboarding, adaptation, retention, and other HR processes
  • Good understanding of the Ukrainian student IT market is a must
  • Overall understanding of the major software development technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible approach to work
  • Multitasking, good time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • At least Intermediate English
