PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the AMC Bridge Human Resources team.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

+5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner

+3 years of working in the IT field

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all company levels and quickly develop an excellent rapport with the employees
  • Ability to understand strategic organizational issues and advise key leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong awareness of the modern HR management practices (employee development, performance review, rewards, and recognition)
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and models
  • Profound experience in implementing a performance review and assessment process
  • Experience in creating an organizational learning system would be a plus
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • HR competency certificates would be a plus

DUTIES:

  • Assist in creating and driving HR processes, policies, and workflows
  • Analyze and suggest improvements on the existing HR procedures according to the company’s business goals
  • Develop and implement new practices aimed at maintaining employee dedication, increasing their engagement and loyalty
  • Manage performance appraisal and salary review processes
  • Be a trusted business partner to coach managers to use best people practices
  • Work collaboratively with the internal Recruitment and HR teams to refine processes, policies, and programs
