AMC Bridge Announces 2020 Highlights

February 09, 2021

2020 turned out to be a year of groundbreaking industry transformation, driving the company to adapt to a new reality. Despite the global turmoil caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, AMC Bridge embraced the change, created the safest conditions for our employees, and maintained the highest level of service to our clients. Prestigious listings and ratings prove the company’s success in difficult 2020.

As a result of fast and steady annual revenue growth and commitment to continuous improvement, AMC Bridge was included in the Financial Times' ranking and, for the fifth consecutive year, was featured on the annual Inc. 5000 list. Also, the company was proud to be recognized as a rising star in three out of four categories—Top Customer References, Top Awards & Certifications, Top Programs for Innovation—on the Global Outsourcing 100® List.

A trustworthy employer, AMC Bridge was selected to the list of the Best IT Employers 2020 and became a silver winner in the category of 200-800 specialists. Moreover, DOU included AMC Bridge in TOP-50 IT Companies in Ukraine by the number of employees and the growth rate in the first half of the year.

In the second quarter of 2020, the company switched to the working from home (WFH) mode to protect the health and well-being of our employees from COVID-19. The results of the customer satisfaction survey, held several months later, confirmed that the steps we took were right:

  • 98% of the clients remarked that the AMC Bridge team works as efficiently from home as from the office.
  • 100% of the clients received well-timed feedback on their projects from company managers.

For the third time in a row, AMC Bridge hosted an official 2020 Google Hash Code hub in its five development centers.

In terms of conference activities, the company successfully held the sixth D3D Live in the online format and scheduled the presentations for different days.

"Without doubt, 2020 has been a challenging year, but we made it productive," said Igor Tsinman, President of AMC Bridge. "Having developed an adaptive strategy, we've built a stable operational base for maintaining the highest level of service and long-term relationships with our clients. The acknowledgments of 2020 validate our commitment to excellence, which, I believe, will bring us more opportunities in the upcoming year."
