On June 12th-15th the SSU Congress Center welcomed international conference “DESIGN, SIMULATION, MANUFACTURING: THE INNOVATION EXCHANGE”. The event took place under the slogan “Together we can do more for science, technologies, engineering and education!” and allowed scientists from 11 countries of the world to exchange innovations.
It is by now a good tradition to introduce IT companies to first-year students, who have chosen to pursue software development as a career studying in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology.
Dnipro is an important economic, educational and industrial center of Ukraine now. The city is not only a leader in machine building, space engineering and trade, but also the largest IT hub of the country. International IT outsourcing, dozens of local companies and startups are in Dnipro, as well as specialized departments at universities and hundreds of IT events.
VІ International Applied Science conference “Modern Software and Computing Systems, AIST 2018” took place in Sumy State University on May 16-18. The scientific event was sponsored by Ukrainian Computer Science Federation and organized by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (Information Design Technology Section). For several years the leading IT companies IBM and AMC Bridge sponsor the conference.
The students of the Programming, Computer and Telecommunication Systems Faculty were interested in the meeting with representatives of AMC Bridge. More than a hundred students of the faculty got an opportunity to hear about the working conditions in IT business and the requirements for the software developers in IT industry.
The competition was actively supported and sponsored by AMC Bridge company, the official partner of Khmelnitsky National University. AMC Bridge has been delivering innovative solutions for CAD, CAE, CAM, PDM and PLM applications for over 15 years, cooperating with the world leaders like Microsoft, Siemens and Autodesk.
